We will help you secure the international talent you need. With our overseas connections, we source highly skilled and qualified interns or trainees at no recruitment cost to you. We work with our partner, a U.S. Department of State designated visa sponsor, who administers the J-1 Visa Exchange Visitor Program.

We conduct the search and pre-screening process for you. Minimum requirements are met by each of these foreign candidates to be eligible for the EVP program. Qualified participants are presented to prospective Host Employers who interview, select, and hire the candidates they find best suited. Typical program duration ranges from 6 –18 months with the participant offered a modest wage.

CNL Global Access will be your partner throughout the entire process. For the Host Employer, we help compile and organize all the necessary documentation for the program including the training plans (DS 7002). For the foreign participant, we facilitate all requirements in the home country, entry to the U.S., travel, and other logistical arrangements.
